1. Each day opens at 9am, 12pm and 2pm; different styles need different start times. 2. I review every request; once approved, please pay the deposit and upload the screenshot within 24 hours. 3. Deposits are non-refundable. To move a booking, message me at least 48 hours ahead. 4. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a simpler design or a new time. 5. Not sure how detailed your design is? Choose “Not sure yet” and attach reference photos.
